Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released Recruitment Notice AVNL/CO/HR/2026/06 inviting online applications for 1213 posts on Fixed Term Employment. Exam Pattern
The written exam is a single Computer Based Test (CBT), objective multiple-choice type, for a maximum of 100 marks, with no negative marking. Time allowed is 2 hours.
- Part A (General Paper): 50 Marks (General Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Computer Aptitude - 10 marks each).
- Part B (Core Subject): 50 Marks (NCVT syllabus for Junior Tech / Relevant discipline for Managers).

- Junior Technician: CBT + Qualifying Trade Test (Practical). Merit based solely on CBT.
- Junior/Assistant/Deputy Manager: CBT (85% weightage) + Interview (15% weightage, 50 marks).
- Senior Roles (Sr. Manager, DGM, AGM, Consultant): No CBT. Selection via Presentation, Experience Assessment, and Interview.
