General Eligibility Criteria
1. Ability to Read and Write Odia
The candidate must be a citizen of India and must be able to read and write Odia. Any one of the following qualifications is required:
- Passed HSC Examination conducted by BSE, Odisha or equivalent with Odia as a language subject (First/Second/Third Language).
- Passed +2/ Higher Secondary Examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha with Odia as an examinable subject.
- Passed Odia Examination of HSC/10th Standard Single Subject Examination conducted by BSE, Odisha.
