Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution (mandatory).
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of RBI. (Clerical experience does not count).
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the state applied for. Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT) will be conducted unless the candidate studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard.
- Ineligibility: Current BOB officer cadre employees or contract staff, and those who resigned within the last 3 years are not eligible.

Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in JMG/S-I grade with the pay scale of ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – ₹62,480 – 2340/2 – ₹67,160 – 2680/7 – ₹85,920. One advance increment for candidates with 1+ year officer experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
