Bank of Baroda (BoB) has published the official recruitment notification (Advt No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17) for the recruitment of 1,100 Specialist Officer (SO) posts on a regular basis. The recruitment drive is open for Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I) under Wealth Management Services and Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II) under Corporate & Institutional Credit. Salary & Pay Scale – Bank of Baroda SO 2026

Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scales (as per industry-level bipartite settlement and Joint Note for officers in banking sector), plus bank-specific allowances and perquisites:

Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹48,000 – ₹55,000+ per month (varies by location, allowances, and deductions).

The selection process may include any or all of the following stages, as decided by the Bank:

Online Test Structure (Tentative, if Conducted)

• Sections 1–3 are qualifying; marks not counted for merit.
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions.
• Minimum PI qualifying marks: 60% for Gen/EWS, 55% for Reserved categories.

Probation Period & Service Bond

• Probation: 12 months (1 year) from date of joining.
• Minimum Service Commitment:
  • JMG/S-I (Wealth Executive): 3 years or pay 3 months' gross salary (max ₹2 lakh) if leaving early.
  • MMG/S-II (Credit Analyst – C&IC): 3 years or pay 3 months' gross salary (max ₹3 lakh) if leaving early.
