Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
1. Technical & Engineering Streams
Full-time First Class B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering. Degrees must be obtained from an AICTE recognized university or institute with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
2. Finance, Legal & HR Streams
For Finance: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA/CMA). For HR/Admin: Two-year regular MBA or MSW or PG Degree in Personnel Management / HR with first class. For Legal: Degree in Law (LLB) with professional standing.
3. Age Limit & Experience
The maximum age limit ranges from 33 years to 52 years depending on the executive grade. Age relaxations of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD apply as per central rules.
Selection Procedure & Remuneration
The selection process consists of two stages:
