- Executive Posts (Managers & Engineers): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a Govt. recognized University / Institute with relevant executive experience in Metro Rail / Railway Infrastructure / Mega PSU projects.
- Technical / Non-Executive Posts: 3-Year Engineering Diploma or ITI Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil / Mech) from a recognized state technical board.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years for entry-level engineering posts, up to 45-55 years for Senior Managerial / General Manager roles.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must meet the prescribed Indian Railway Medical Standards (Executive / Technical Category).
