Eligibility Criteria & Age Limits
1. Technical Assistant Posts
Candidates must have secured a First Class Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science. The diploma program must be minimum 3 years duration from a State Board of Technical Education.
2. Technician 'B' Posts
Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th standard) from a recognized education board. Additionally, candidates must hold ITI / NTC / NAC in the relevant trade from NCVT or SCVT.
3. Age Limit (As on 30.11.2026)
Minimum age is 18 years for all candidates. Maximum age limit is 35 years for General and EWS applicants. Age relaxation is admissible as follows:
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years upper age relaxation (Up to 38 years).
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years upper age relaxation (Up to 40 years).
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years relaxation as per central government norms.
