- Click on the active notification link reading "Click Here to Download AIAPGET 2026 Score Card".
- Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and the Security Pin (Captcha).
- Click the "Submit" button.
- Your AIAPGET 2026 Score Card with Total Marks, Percentile Score, and Subject-Wise All India Rank (AIR) will appear on the screen.
- Download and print at least 3-4 copies of the scorecard for the upcoming AACCC Centralized & State AYUSH counselling process.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, will conduct the online counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Government, Central Universities, and National Institutes. Respective State Counselling Authorities will conduct counselling for 85% State Quota seats.
